Attacking:


1.) Square your shoulders up to your setter
2.) Put your left foot in front of your right one
3.) Take one big step with your left foot
4.) Take one small step with your right foot and then a small step with your left one right after
5.) Bend your knees and get low
6.) Swing your arms far back
7.) Jump as high as you can
8.) Hit the ball
9.) Snap your wrist to make the ball go down
